Tenant Events and Functions
If you are planning a function (e.g., party, reception), please notify the management office at least two weeks in advance. The management office maintains certain policies and procedures that assist in coordinating events and limiting liability for the building. Functions may not be held in the common areas or on the building grounds without prior management approval.
When you call the management office, please provide us with the following information: date and time of event, number of guests, presence of alcohol, parking requirements, after hour HVAC requirements, service elevator use, vendor deliveries, janitorial needs, electrical requirements (for sound equipment), security requirements, and certificates of insurance. Keep in mind the Market Street Café, located on the lobby level of the building, offers catering and party services for tenants in the building and can be reached at (404) 816-4911.
