Building air conditioning is provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. (Saturdays upon request). Heating and building air conditioning (HVAC) are not provided on holidays, weekends, or after normal business hours. If you need HVAC service during these times, please contact the management office at least 48 hours in advance. An hourly rate will be charged as outlined in the lease agreement.

Your office temperature is maintained at a comfortable level and centrally controlled. Should the temperature become uncomfortable in your suite, please submit an online work order through Angus (See submitting work orders). In addition, management suggests that you keep blinds closed or semi-closed when in direct sunlight. Further, keeping blinds closed at night and over weekends helps maintain a more consistent temperature in your suite.
