Alterations to tenant suites require approval by building management. Send requests for alterations in writing to the property manager. Only management approved contractors can perform alterations. All construction contractors including general, electrical, plumbing, and telecommunications contractors must register with the management office at least one week prior to performing any work in the building. Installing or maintaining systems that affect the entire building, such as HVAC equipment, electrical, communications equipment, computer or alarm systems, power or fire protection, must all be coordinated and approved by building management.
