Building Key System
All keys in the Building are part of a building master key system. This key system is necessary so that the building staff has access to all areas in the event of an emergency. For this reason changing or adding locks to any door within your suite is prohibited. If additional lock work is necessary, coordinate this request through the management office.

As standard building policy, suite entrance doors are re-keyed before move-in. Additional keys can be obtained through the management office for a charge. In response to specific, security needs, building management can provide additional services, which include: (1) Separately keying individual and (2) re-keying the entire suite. Access to the building during non-operating hours and in controlled areas is gained via an access card. The initial cost for an access card is $10.00. The replacement cost for lost or damaged cards is also $10.00 each.
