Operating Hours

Operating hours for Prominence Tower are from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Doors are unlocked from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday. Access cards are required for building entry during all other times.

Holidays

Prominence Tower is closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Security Hours

Security is staffed 24-hours per day, seven days a week.

Loading Dock

Normal Deliveries should be scheduled from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday. Over-sized deliveries must be arranged outside of these hours or on weekends.

Access Cards

Access cards are required to enter the building on Saturdays and Sundays and outside of normal operating hours. Tenants entering the building outside of normal operating hours are asked to identify themselves and sign-in and sign-out security desk. Further, all contractors and vendors must have after-hour access and or property access forms completed prior to entering the premises.
