Signs and Notices

Suite signage is coordinated through the Management Office. If you need to make any changes to your signage, the Management Office will gladly accommodate your request, provided that the name on the signage is consistent with the name on your Lease Agreement. Tenants are responsible for all incurred costs to changes in their suite signage. The Management Office will coordinate with the building’s signage vendor; as well as, obtain tenant approval prior to commencement of any work. Signage will be billed back to the tenant on the next monthly invoice.

Should your company’s name change, you will need to send proof of this change to the Management Office immediately. All signage being displayed outside of your suite must be coordinated through the Management Office. If you wish to display a sign or notice in any public area of the building, prior written approval from the Management Office is required.
